How to: Fishtail braid

Hi fashionista's! Today, I present to you the fishtail braid, also known as the herringbone or fish bone braid. It's a very pretty sort of braid that is incredibly popular among the celebrities, but also among the fashionista's. This hairpiece is so classy and beautiful that I can't forget it! It looks elaborate and time-consuming. But it's suprisingly easy to do: it will become a rushed-morning-go-for-it. A little tip: it's easier when you have long hair.
There are three methods to make it, but I prefer the first one. Look of the week 7/10 - 13/10

Pink is hot material right now! I love to combine pink pants with sturdy heel- boots. These are very fashionable and trendy, but at the same moment also comfortable. Put a nice lace top on it and a pair of earrings, and you're done! This outfit  makes me feel happy because of its challenging look. Hope you like!

The ready-to-wear fashion show in Paris was from September 24 until October 2! I bet you thought I was gonna say 'sacre bleu'? That's okay, I know it was pretty lame either way. ;)

Hot list: Pleasant Scarves!

The cold and chilly days are coming. Cycling in the morning with a cold neck is totally not ideal! But, which scarf do you need to wear when the knit scarves are too hot?

Hotlist: Rainy Boots and hikerboots

 Autumn in Belgium stands for rain. A lot of rain. Although that weather is not good for your hair and make-up, there's a fun thing about this new season: new shoes! Something that really annoys you: cold or wet feet. It's not cool to run with your sneakers trough the rain and puddles. Musthave for Autumn (in Belgium)? Rain boots! You might think of ugly shiny boots now, but nothing could be further from the truth. There are certainly lots of great boots you can find that are rain proof. With such nice boots on your feet, it's almost a pity that it's dry. Every fashionista needs a pair of hikerboots in her closer, so these are also appropriate.

Look of the week 30/09- 06/10

Herewith, you have my favourite daily-school-outfit for this season! It's a comfortable and classy combo with lots of possibilities. I love the scarf with the colourful birds because it's amusing and it brings some colour into the (sometimes toneless) autumn. Only watching to it makes me happy and shiny. You can wear the blazer with a random top, from simple grey to preppy flowers. The choice is all yours!

   Spring's runways were packed with so many Karate Kids, white-to-ivory, paired with coordinated slouchy pants.

A little bit secretary, a little bit nasty librarian,... but definitely chic. Just assume she's certainly not dressed in the dark.

Let's go with the flow and take the sunny side up. Mustard-flavoured or flashy yellow: we don't care!

Chic women have been flipping their jacket lapels forward for several seasons now, and that time isn't over yet. Note: with too-cool-for-school details!Sleeveless versions are easy to combine and refreshingly different.

We spotted taut midriffs at just about every show.High- waisted skirts are allowing us to breath a sigh of relief while we're rocking this trend next spring.
